About Me
My name is Ivana Kovačev, and for more than twenty-five years I have been dedicated to both personal and professional growth, alongside continuous work with clients. I am a clinical psychologist and a body-oriented psychotherapist, and my work is deeply infused with a passion for exploring the human being through body, emotions, spirit, and creative expression.
Over the years, I have completed numerous trainings that shape my holistic approach:
- Bioenergetics and Body Psychotherapy
- Sport and Motor Activity Psychology
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
- Somatic Experiencing 3
- CoreSoma
- TRE (Tension Release Exercises)
- Cacao Practitioner
- Embodiment trainings in sensual and feminine energy
- E-Art (Expressive Art Therapy) – my special passion and creative channel
My work includes individual therapy, couple’s therapy, and experiential workshops that weave together psychological reflection, bodywork, and creative expression. I am especially inspired by leading workshops on themes such as narcissism, boundaries, the heart as a bridge, body memory, and connecting with the Higher Self.
I am also an educator and mentor at the Center for Integrative Development (CIR INTP), where I share my experience with students of body-oriented psychotherapy.
My approach brings together the clarity of mind, the strength of the body, and the freedom of creative expression. I believe that the body holds our deepest stories, that art releases what words cannot express, and that our inner wisdom guides us toward wholeness and an authentic life.
