Ivana Kovačev

Clinical Psychologist and Body-Oriented Psychotherapist with over 25 years of
education and professional experience in working with clients. In my practice, I integrate body,
psyche, and creativity, drawing on extensive knowledge of bioenergetics, body psychotherapy,
Somatic Experiencing, TRE, and expressive art therapy. My passion lies in creating a space where

Expressive Art Therapy

Expressive Art Therapy is my special passion and creative channel. It offers a space to explore emotions, stories, and inner wisdom through art, movement, and imagination. No artistic skills are needed—just a willingness to create and discover. This process can unlock new perspectives, release stuck energy, and deepen connection with the Self.

TRE (Tension Release Exercises)

TRE is a gentle method that helps the body naturally release deep muscular tension and stress. Through a series of simple exercises, the body activates its innate tremoring response, allowing stored patterns of stress and trauma to unwind. This process supports relaxation, resilience, and a greater sense of balance in daily life.

Cacao Practitioner

Cacao has long been honored as a heart-opening plant medicine. In guided sessions, I work with ceremonial-grade cacao to create a safe and intentional space for reflection, connection, and inner exploration. This gentle practice can support emotional release, creativity, and a deeper sense of presence with yourself and others.
